    Paul Cézanne atelier

    The painter's world!

    This unique place is none other than Paul Cézanne's (1839-1906) workshop built at the end of the 19th century and preserved since then.
    The visit provides the opportunity to immerse yourself in the famous Aix artist's distinctive world and discover the atmosphere in which his lasts canvases were completed.

    Opened on the 8 July 1954, Cézanne's workshop museum was handed over to the town of Aix-en-Provence which still owns it.
    In his studio you will find numerous objets which have featured in his paintings.
