    Cathédrale Saint-Sauveur

    A mix of genres...

The result of successive constructions from the fifth to the eighteenth centuries Saint-Saveur d'Aix-en-Provence cathedralhas numerous wonders. Besides its richly ornate Gothic door contrasting with the simplicity of the elegant Roman nave, you'll notice two tryptics by Nicolas Froment.

The Roman cloister dating from the twelfth century with its sculpted marquees and worked small columns is appreciated for its silence and greenery.
