A welcoming naturist centre in Limousin

La Creuse is situated in Limousin, at the heart of France. The many streams, wooded hillsides, hedgerows and hedged farmland give this green country a wonderful character! The surroundings are ideal for hikers, cycle tourists and people who love nature.

In this unspoilt environment in the heart of the countryside, between Berry and Bourbonnais and three hours from Paris, the Creuse Nature naturist campsite (with “Green Key” and “Tourism and Disability” labels) promises you holidays which combine calmness and tranquillity with a range of activities.

    A natural centre

Over 19 hectares, you will find 100 spacious pitches and excellent facilities suitable for couples, families with children (from infants to teenagers). Numerous recreational activities and sports are organised for all ages, such as workshops on circus skills, archery, drawing, pottery, sculpture, yoga, massages and aquatic fun.

Walking, cycling or mountain biking on many routes in Raymond Poulidor’s country are a good way to relax and discover the diversity of a region which is rich in wonders and proud of its original culture.

For fishing fans, there are 3,800 km of rivers and streams, and over 3,000 hectares of weirs, lakes and ponds on offer in Creuse.

    Numerous sites to discover

There’s never a dull moment in terms of culture and heritage.
Sénoueix Bridge, at Gentioux-Pigerolles, which is classified as a historical monument, is a traditional image of this area.
You can visit the Museum and House of George Sand in Nohant, see the Zizim Tower in Bourganeuf (where an Ottoman prince was exiled), and admire the mysterious rock formations of the Pierres Jaumâtres in Toulx-Sainte-Croix.

The magnificently restored castles are worth visiting: Boussac, Villemonteix, La Châtre, and the Gardens of Drulon.

Don’t think twice about going to Aubusson (the city of the famous tapestries), Guéret - its wolf sanctuary, and the 3-km giant labyrinth, considered the largest permanent plant labyrinth in the world, and Bénevent l’Abbaye (Scénovision).
